An Architect, Urban Designer, Sustainability Professional and a LEED AP. Her extensive experience led to identifying gaps in the sustainable building space and founding of EcoCollab. She is heading the design division, manages sustainability master plans and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) for projects. She has completed around 4,00,000 sft of commercial, residential and industrial projects, since 2015, in various cities in India.
Prior to her entrepreneurial journey she was the Program Manager for Ashoka’s Housing for All Division, funded by The Hilti Foundation. Arundhati rolled out a framework, within few months of her joining. The division was then launched as "Housing Federation of India" later. Before relocating to India, she worked extensively with Schools and Community Colleges, for over 5,00,000 sft in California, ranging from 30K-50 Million USD. Most projects followed sustainability framework of LEED or Collaborative for High Performance Schools. She has a Masters in Urban Design from Penn State University, USA.
Along with soldato Anamika Garg, EcoCollab was founded as a platform for sustainable solution providers, to mainstream eco-friendly buildings and to simplify “building” sustainability for end-users. They work on contributing to energy efficient buildings and pilots, using alternate materials and technologies. As a company we also undertake sustainability reporting and LCA analysis, for projects. EcoCollab is a “one-stop-shop” for eco-friendly buildings and related solutions.
We cater to area segments, from 2000 sft to 2,00,000 Sft (2 Lakhs Square Feet). We can also make existing buildings 20% water and energy efficient. EcoCollab can provide solutions for Residential, Institutional and Commercial Clientele. We have 5 eco solution providers on board.
